THE POSITION: STACK is seeking a Senior Analyst Asset Management who will support key members of the team responsible for overseeing the profitability and performance of our data center assets in the Americas. This position supports the strategic oversight of the portfolio by working with and successfully coordinating with various departments to ensure optimal asset management strategies.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support portfolio performance oversight across STACKs Americas data center assets including monitoring analyzing and reporting on key financial and operational metrics.
- Develop and maintain asset-level financial models including projections stabilized yield and ROIC analyses to identify value creation opportunities and optimize performance.
- Partner with senior team members to shape and execute asset- and portfolio-level strategies that enhance profitability and operational excellence.
- Review monthly quarterly and annual financial results to assess performance against business plans and identify variances or improvement areas.
- Contribute to the development and execution of annual strategic business plans for each asset.
- Collaborate with Finance Critical Operations and Property Management on the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Conduct market and industry research to inform investment leasing and operational strategies.
- Support lease administration and other property-level management initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance with lease terms.
THE DETAILS: - Location: Denver CO (Hybrid)
- Travel: Up to 15% domestically
- Compensation: $80000 to $89000 yearly with 10% annual bonus potential

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors degree in Finance Business Real Estate or related field required.
- 24 years of experience in asset management corporate real estate or financial analysis; data center or infrastructure experience preferred.
- Proven analytical skills with strong understanding of P&L analysis budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with data visualization or BI tools a plus.
- Strong attention to detail organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
