Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Franconia NH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as prescribed by the supervising therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and track patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on exercises adaptive equipment and home care strategies.
- Document patient care progress notes and therapy outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with therapists nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain equipment supplies and a safe treatment environment.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Current and valid PTA license in New Hampshire.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
