The Field Learning Implementation Analyst combines analytical expertise with learning and development knowledge to drive data-informed training initiatives in Operational Areas (OA). This role bridges the gap between strategic learning objectives and operational execution using data analytics to optimize training programs and ensure measurable business impact. The position requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution while partnering with leadership to drive learning excellence across the organization.
This role operates in a hybrid work environment with up to 30% of travel required to visit stores new store openings and training summits. The position demands flexibility to support various time zones and requires the ability to perform general office duties. Key job responsibilities
Program Management & Implementation:
Oversee unified program implementation facilitation and sustainability of learning initiatives
Coordinate and execute OAs annual training calendar
Drive on-time on-budget execution of training projects with quantifiable results
Manage Leadership Development Programs (CD ATL TL ASTL STL)
Data & Analytics:
Design and implement automated reporting solutions for tracking training metrics
Analyze program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
Able to effectively utilize training dashboards and other visualization tools
Monitor and report on training completion rates and program ROI
Strategic Partnership:
Serve as key liaison between Learning & Development and OA leadership
Consult with Store Support Office on training-related opportunities and gaps
Attend and support new store openings to ensure operational readiness
Mobilize and coordinate subject matter experts for program delivery
Influence program design based on field observations and needs analysis
A day in the life
A typical day begins with reviewing training metrics and completion rates across assigned OAs attending PXT Network meetings to provide L&D updates and analyzing program performance data for PXT recommendations. The day continues with facilitating virtual or in-person leadership development sessions coordinating with Store Training Roles to address immediate learning needs and collaborating with subject matter experts on upcoming training initiatives. Regular meetings with PXT leadership discuss program progress and address challenges. The day concludes with updating tracking systems preparing the next days priorities reviewing training-related escalations and finalizing reports and recommendations for stakeholder review.

- 3 years of project management experience
- 2 years of stakeholder management experience
- 2 years of learning and development or employee compliance training experience
- 3 years of classroom facilitation experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience formulating and implementing training and performance improvement strategies
- Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines or experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Advanced degree in related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $123800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
