Nature of Work:
This position is responsible for the delivery of all HCSS activities as stated in the HCSS Plan. The HCSS/PCA must have excellent communication skills and must be capable of fostering relationships that value and support others. He or she must be a good role model in all settings and must be capable of utilizing opportunities to educate self and others. The HCSS/PCA must be able to perform personal care light housekeeping food preparation and mobility tasks as physician ordered for each participant. The HCSS/PCA must be a self-starter capable of functioning with minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred. One-year experience in Human Services field preferred.
- HHA or PCA certificate recommended.
