F5 is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Talent Acquisition Program Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy operations and talent innovation. Youll lead key programs that shape how we attract engage and hire top talent across the business.

As a trusted partner to the VP of Talent Acquisition and TA Business Partners youll translate high-level strategy into actionable plans drive operational excellence and deliver insights that influence hiring decisions and workforce planning. Youll also lead initiatives in talent marketing market intelligence and stakeholder engagementensuring our programs resonate with hiring managers and candidates alike.

In addition you will lead a global team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and TA Operations driving consistency efficiency and excellence in execution across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business-level roadmaps aligned with TA strategy
  • Lead strategic initiatives across talent marketing analytics and market insights
  • Deliver market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and workforce planning
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to elevate F5s employer brand
  • Manage global TA Operations and coordination teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Total Rewards and external partners
  • Drive operational cadence team communications and program execution

What You Bring:

  • 710 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on program or project management
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable impact
  • Experience managing global teams and optimizing operational processes
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with TA metrics and reporting
  • Expertise in talent marketing employer branding and market intelligence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

The annual base pay for this position is: $149600.00 - $224400.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience geographic locations and market conditions as well as to reflect F5s differing products industries and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
