Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Flagstaff AZ 86004
Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 40 hours per week
Pay: $85 $90 per hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement prescribed physical therapy interventions to restore function and mobility.
Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Speech Therapy and Nursing departments to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and update care plans based on patient progress.
Educate patients families and care teams on therapy goals and treatment methods.
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants fostering clinical excellence and productivity.
Participate in staff training continuing education and performance improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with facility standards confidentiality and ethical practices.
Utilize electronic documentation systems and innovative therapy tools to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain).
1 year of experience in acute care long-term care or rehabilitation preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in documentation systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
