- Salary: $79000 to $115000 Based on Experience
- Sign On Bonus $10000 Paid in Lump Sum Day 1 (taxed over 3 years)

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for examining evaluating and testing individuals with mechanical physiological and developmental impairments functional limitations and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions to determine a diagnosis prognosis and plan of treatment intervention and assess the ongoing effects of intervention
- Responsible for alleviating impairments functional limitations and disabilities by designing implementing and modifying treatment interventions
- Responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury impairment functional limitation and disability as well as the promotion and maintenance of fitness health and wellness in populations of all ages
Requirements:
- 2 years of Relevant Experience
- Pediatrics to Adults
- Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) Current for a Minimum of 90 Days After Hire Date.
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
- EMR Epic
- Currently Licensed in the State of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist
- Full Time Monday Friday May Consider 4 Days
- Outpatient Position Very Little Inpatient but at the Same Location
- 18 Bed Facility 1 Campus
- 8 to 10 Patients Per Day
