Salary and Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $183000 to $225000
- $5000 annual company credit card for licensing DEA CE and equipment (includes custom-fitted loupes)
- $15000 sign-on bonus
- $10000 relocation reimbursement
- Additional $10000 relocation for parent or in-law
- 29 days of paid time off (includes CME holidays sick time)
- Benefits begin the first of the month following start date

- Strong mentorship and onboarding (6-month program)
- Loan repayment options through NHSC and other federal programs offering between $75000 and $300000 with a two- to five-year service commitment
- Language differential pay available for Spanish-speaking providers
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to pediatric and adult patients (50/50 split)
- Perform routine and complex procedures including extractions and molars (impacted preferred but not required)
- Collaborate with a large dental team and support staff in a team-based environment
- Refer complex pediatric cases to in-house pediatric dentist as needed
- Maintain a full-time schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM or four 10-hour shifts (7 AM to 6 PM)
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care meetings
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
- Active California dental license or eligibility to obtain
- Comfortable treating children and adults
- Experience with complex procedures preferred
- Commitment to community health and mission-driven care
