Onsight Healthcare has been contracted to support Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans Louisiana!

Full-Time Position w/Benefits $16-$18/hour (based on experience) CDL Not Required Monday - Friday Weekends Off!

Shift Details

• Shuttle Team Operating Hours
• 24 hours per day 5 days per week
• Starting Monday at 4:00am through Friday night at 12:00am

• Full-time employeewill work Monday throughFridayweekly.
• Days and Shifts might vary based on business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Over the age of 21 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
• High school Diploma or GED
• Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license (Permitor Probationary License not accepted )
• At least 1 year ofshuttle bus or deliverytruck drivingexperience with a strong personable customer-centric background is required
• Extremely safe driver familiar with and able to adhere to all major traffic laws
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active driver
• A CDL License is not requiredbut is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

When Shuttling employees

• Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
• Answer employees questions regardingoffices or department locations.
• Follows a planned route making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off employees.
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintainoperational efficiency and logistics for the assigned shuttle route
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information about the shuttle.

When not shuttle driving

• Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
• Assist in maintaining a clean welcoming and professional work environment for your co-workers and passengers
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all employees and team members
• Answer employees questions regarding medical offices or department locations.

About You

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.

You are well-spoken professional and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working.

You are over the age of 21 possess a valid state drivers license with a clean driving record and havethe physical stamina to stand walk and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

• Assist individuals with mobility challenges boarding the shuttle
• Daily use of apps/technology to maintainoperational efficiency and logistics
• Meticulously maintain records including photos of the vehicle condition and other records as needed
• Efficiently manage shuttle logistics adhering to all site requirements and assigned routes abidingby all traffic laws
• Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities
• Effectively build relationships with hospital staffand fellow team members
• Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Over the age of 21 years old
• Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer

• At least 1 year of shuttle or large delivery vehicle driving experience is required
• A strong personable customer-centric backgroundis required
• Extremely safe driver familiar with and able to adhere to all major traffic laws
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5years as an active drive
• Work with professionalism integrity and compassion supporting your team and together representing Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Adequately able to operate apps/technology on a tablet and continuously learning of new software that may be applied todaily tasks
• Move with urgency and speedto prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment paying attention to surroundings and details
• Work in a sitting position driving for an entire shift
• Safely and physically able to lift up to50 lb
• Effectively able to build relationships with yourteam and others in a professional manner
• Ability to walk stand push and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

Hospital Requirements

Compensation

• $16.00-$18.00/hour (based on experience)
