Project Title: External Flow Meter at Exhaust with FDC Interlock CIP

Project Objective / Purpose

To enable live data collection with retrofit of external sensor of exhaust flow meter eliminate manual data collection from analog meter and establish equipment interlock.

Project Description

The Intern will assist the equipment engineer on the external sensor retrofit; the sensor will collect the live data of the exhaust unit of the equipment. The collected live data will be used to establish the baseline and guard band of the equipment.

Project Outcome

To help the intern to gain hands on experience from scratch to establish an automated data collection system instead of manual data collection from analog gauges. This project will help the company heighten the detection coverage to interlock/ soft shut down the equipment in the event of data out of control limit guard band.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing Bachelors in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering
