This is a fantastic new opportunity for someone to come in and grow their own team following a sustained period of exciting growth. Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders partnerships and limited companies.
Produce management accounts and VAT returns.
Review and support the work of junior team members helping to develop their skills and confidence.
Build strong client relationships acting as their trusted adviser.
Play an active role in improving processes and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.

What Were Looking For:

ACA / ACCA qualified part-qualified or qualified by experience.
Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.
Ambitious proactive and excited by the idea of growing and mentoring a team.
Passionate about delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
