Job Summary

A large national kitchen cabinet manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Managerto lead the Arlington TX facility. This is an immediate opening for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment is committed to safety quality and continuous improvement.

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the entire site to ensure safety production goals on-time delivery cost efficiency and quality standards are met. This role oversees inventory management drives Lean initiatives and ensures compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety regulations. The manager will also handle performance evaluations pay reviews and provide daily operational reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations to meet safety quality production and delivery targets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate procedures for product modifications and assembly.
  • Ensure material availability aligned with customer needs and inventory constraints.
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
  • Oversee pay reviews and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Maintain equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety standards.
  • Coach and develop team leads to achieve performance standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate assembly teams to produce high-quality products.
  • Apply knowledge of processes and equipment to set facility standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and efficiency on the shop floor.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
    • 46 years of related experience in manufacturing/assembly/warehouse operations.
    • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
    • Previous experience in assembly quality and safety.
  • Skills:
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Ability to multi-task across multiple production lines.
    • Lean Six Sigma and change management experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
Physical Requirements:
  • 85% on the shop floor 15% in office.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
