A large national kitchen cabinet manufacturing operation is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Managerto lead the Arlington TX facility. This is an immediate opening for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment is committed to safety quality and continuous improvement.Position Summary:The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the entire site to ensure safety production goals on-time delivery cost efficiency and quality standards are met. This role oversees inventory management drives Lean initiatives and ensures compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety regulations. The manager will also handle performance evaluations pay reviews and provide daily operational reports to senior management.Key Responsibilities:- Manage site operations to meet safety quality production and delivery targets.
- Develop and maintain accurate procedures for product modifications and assembly.
- Ensure material availability aligned with customer needs and inventory constraints.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
- Oversee pay reviews and performance evaluations for team members.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Maintain equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety standards.
- Coach and develop team leads to achieve performance standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate assembly teams to produce high-quality products.
- Apply knowledge of processes and equipment to set facility standards.
- Promote a culture of safety and efficiency on the shop floor.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 46 years of related experience in manufacturing/assembly/warehouse operations.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in assembly quality and safety.
- Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to multi-task across multiple production lines.
- Lean Six Sigma and change management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
Physical Requirements:- 85% on the shop floor 15% in office.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
