The Role

Were looking for a full-time Campus Supervisor to join our community for the school year. This is a 10-month (186-day) non-exempt role that plays a vital part in maintaining a safe supportive and welcoming campus environment. As a Campus Supervisor youll help ensure the well-being of students staff and visitors while fostering a positive school climate that allows creativity and learning to thrive.

What Youll Do

Monitor and support positive student behavior across campus including hallways common areas and school events.
Patrol school grounds to identify and address safety concerns or disruptions.
Maintain security at school entrances and ensure that all visitors are authorized.
Assist with safety drills student detention supervision and daily campus activity reporting.
Provide event support including setting up and breaking down classrooms galleries and theaters.
Assist Facilities with tasks such as moving desks and equipment light maintenance and responding to work order tickets.
Reviewing the Employee Handbook for the 2025-2026 school year and submitting a signed Acknowledgement of Receipt and Understanding.
Performing Departmental-specific duties which will be communicated to you by your direct supervisor.
Upholding all Standards of Conduct as described in the Employee Handbook.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience in supervision security or a related field.
Skills & Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dependable proactive and able to remain calm under pressure. Commitment to equity anti-racism and culturally responsive practices. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is $21.43 to $26.12 based on OSAs non-certificated salary scale and commensurate with experience. OSA offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees including medical dental and vision coverage commuter benefits employee assistance program and retirement plans with robust matching. This is a 10-month (August 2025 through May 2026) full-time non-exempt role.
