The Role

Were looking for a full-time Campus Supervisor to join our community for the school year. This is a 10-month (186-day) non-exempt role that plays a vital part in maintaining a safe supportive and welcoming campus environment. As a Campus Supervisor youll help ensure the well-being of students staff and visitors while fostering a positive school climate that allows creativity and learning to thrive.

What Youll Do

  • Monitor and support positive student behavior across campus including hallways common areas and school events.
  • Patrol school grounds to identify and address safety concerns or disruptions.
  • Maintain security at school entrances and ensure that all visitors are authorized.
  • Assist with safety drills student detention supervision and daily campus activity reporting.
  • Provide event support including setting up and breaking down classrooms galleries and theaters.
  • Assist Facilities with tasks such as moving desks and equipment light maintenance and responding to work order tickets.
  • Reviewing the Employee Handbook for the 2025-2026 school year and submitting a signed Acknowledgement of Receipt and Understanding.
  • Performing Departmental-specific duties which will be communicated to you by your direct supervisor.
  • Upholding all Standards of Conduct as described in the Employee Handbook.

  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience in supervision security or a related field.
  • Skills & Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dependable proactive and able to remain calm under pressure. Commitment to equity anti-racism and culturally responsive practices. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is $21.43 to $26.12 based on OSAs non-certificated salary scale and commensurate with experience. OSA offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees including medical dental and vision coverage commuter benefits employee assistance program and retirement plans with robust matching. This is a 10-month (August 2025 through May 2026) full-time non-exempt role.
