Location: Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center Grand Junction CO
Schedule: PRN 12-Hour Shifts 6:00 AM 6:30 PM

We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. Position Overview
As a CNA you will provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Youll support residents with their activities of daily living ensure their comfort and safety and help maintain a positive home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care needs including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
Provide support with mobility transfers and positioning.
Monitor and promptly respond to resident call lights.
Assist with meals ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
Accurately document care and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
Foster a respectful and compassionate environment while protecting resident dignity.
Qualifications
Current CNA license in the State of Colorado (required).
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (6:00 6:30).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A caring patient and professional attitude toward residents and coworkers.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.
