About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Taleo Technofunctional Consultantwith deep expertise inOracle Taleo Recruiting (TEE/TCE or TBE)andOnboarding modules. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business users and technical teams driving end-to-end recruitment and onboarding solutions using Taleo ensuring seamless system performance configuration and process alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supportTaleo implementation configuration and customizationfor Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
- Partner with HR Talent Acquisition and IT teams to gather analyze and documentfunctional and business requirements.
- Design and deliver scalabletechnofunctional solutionsto optimize recruitment workflows onboarding processes and integrations.
- PerformTaleo system administration including user setup permissions workflows requisition templates and offer letter configurations.
- Manage integrations usingTaleo Connect Client (TCC)and coordinate data exchange with HCM ERP or third-party systems.
- Develop and maintainreports and dashboardsto track recruitment metrics and compliance.
- Collaborate with Oracle and internal stakeholders for issue resolution enhancement planning and upgrades.
- ConductUAT training sessions and post-implementation supportfor HR and TA teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 yearsof overall experience in HCM Talent Acquisition or HR Technology.
- 5 yearshands-on experience inOracle Taleo (TBE TEE or TCE)environment.
- Strongfunctional understandingof recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Experience intechnofunctional consulting able to interpret business needs into technical configurations.
- Proficiency inTaleo Connect Client (TCC)XMLSQL anddata mappingfor integrations.
- Experience withworkflow designapprovalsemail templates andrequisition management.
- Solid understanding ofHR data structuresATS processes andcompliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills able to interact with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
