Founded in 2007 by visionary entrepreneurs Georges and Daniel Daou DAOU Mountain has emerged as one of the most iconic destinations in Paso Robles and a defining leader in American luxury wine. About the role
DAOU is looking for a Hospitality Support Associate with a background in customer service a good eye for detail and truly enjoys fostering a wonderful experience for every guest that visits the property. As a Hospitality Support Associate you will be the main point of contact for our guests so a polite friendly and energetic demeanour is a must.
Responsibilities
Set-up and host wine tastings and tours for guests
Provide world class customer service to site visitors
Assist in events private dinners and various site activities
Assist with restocking inventory wine packing and floor upkeep
Register operations retail sales and wine club promotions
Follow site policies and procedures.
Complete projects and other duties as directed by Retail Sales Manager.
About you
You must be 18 years of age
You have some experience in retail sales or a similar hospitality setting
Exemplary customer service skills required
You have strong presentation skills with the ability to relay knowledge of wines and wine production
You are dynamic with a positive attitude
You have a clean professional appearance and you excel at teamwork and interactions
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (a case of wine)
Wine industry and/or tasting room experience is highly desired but not required
This position must work weekends (Friday Saturday and Sunday) some holidays and evenings

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $16.50 to $17.00 per hour and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors including but not limited to candidate qualifications skills experience education location and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Paso Robles CA location. If the incumbent works out of another location the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
