Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Albuquerque NM 87109
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Sundays Fridays Saturdays
Shift: 1st Shift 06:00 AM 06:30 PM (12.5 hours with 30-minute meal break)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Travel Rate: $1041.50/week
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Albuquerque NM.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care based on assessments and care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient responses.
Accurately document all aspects of patient care and progress.
Assist patients with daily living activities as required.
Communicate changes in patient condition to supervising RNs and physicians.
Maintain compliance with safety infection control and facility policies.
Foster teamwork and contribute to a supportive clinical environment.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact state).
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Prior nursing experience preferred (long-term care experience a plus).
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work long shifts and weekends as scheduled.
