We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Team Member to join the team in our Dandenong South location on a 6 month contract. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager you will service Penguin Random House customers to ensure that all requirements are fully satisfied.
Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in customer service in a high volume order environment with product diversity. You will have excellent communication skills high attention to detail and problem solving skills and enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office.
