What Youll Do
Diagnose repair and maintain all makes and models with precision and care.
Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers no guesswork no games.
Stay organized document findings and follow proper repair and inspection procedures.
Help keep the shop running efficiently and safely by taking ownership of your workspace.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 5 years of professional shop experience (flat-rate or hourly).
Certifications: ASE certifications are preferred but well help you earn them if youre driven to grow.
Skills: Strong diagnostics ability comfort with modern scan tools and OEM systems.
Mindset: Quality-driven detail-oriented and motivated to keep learning.
Team Player: You take pride in your work and in helping the team succeed.
