Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1-on-1 or small-group in-home personal training sessions
- Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each clients needs and preferences.
- Track client progress and adjust programming to support their goals
- Communicate proactively to ensure exceptional client retention and satisfaction
- Provide education on proper techniques motivation and accountability during every session
- Conduct reassessments regularly
- Maintain accurate schedules and notes in the GYMGUYZ system
- Participate in field marketing events or outreach as assigned
- Attend monthly team meetings and contribute to a culture of feedback and growth
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Nationally accredited personal training certification (e.g. NASM ACE ISSA ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology anatomy and nutrition
- Willingness to travel to clients homes and work flexible hours
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps and basic mobile scheduling tools)
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Adaptable and open to giving and receiving feedback
- Availability to build toward a full-time client load over time

Compensation: $28.00 - $41.00 per hour
