Role Highlights:
- Lead and execute complex debt finance transactions including external commercial borrowings (ECBs) debt syndications and structured lending arrangements.
- Draft review and negotiate loan agreements security documents intercreditor arrangements and other finance documentation
- Provide strategic advisory on regulatory and compliance aspects under RBI FEMA and other relevant financial regulations.
- Support partners in client relationship management business development and mentoring of junior team members.
Ideal Candidate:
- An LLB degree from a Tier 1 law school will be the first preference
- Excellent drafting negotiation and communication skills.
- Candidates from law firms or corporate teams of in-house firms suitable for this role can applyfor this.
