Position Title: Facilities Advisor
Location: Manchester hybrid minumum 2 days a week in our Spinningfields office
Role Purpose
As a Facilities Advisor you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our global office environments. Reporting to the Facilities Manager Europe you will be responsible for coordinating facility services office maintenance vendor management and space planning across multiple international sites.
Operating within a fast-paced high-security environment you will ensure that all locations are safe efficient and aligned with company policies security protocols and regulatory standards. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams such as IT Security HR and Legal to support business continuity optimise workplace experience and maintain physical infrastructure that supports a distributed and security-conscious workforce.
This is an ideal role for a proactive detail-oriented Advisor with a passion for operational excellence a strong understanding of workplace compliance and the ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones.
