Role Description

As Sales Team Lead you will be responsible for leading and developing the Mapon Denmark sales team driving revenue growth and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. You will coach and motivate the team manage the full sales cycle identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners. By analysing performance metrics and market trends you will continuously improve sales processes and contribute to Mapons strengthening in the Danish market.

What Youll Do

  • Act as the key representative for our Denmark branch ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the local team and the companys headquarters.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Set sales quotas targets and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Be a key player in the management team of the branch.

What Were Looking For

Proven ability to scale and lead sales teams by recruiting training and developing top talent while creating scalable processes that support team expansion.

Ability to understand customer needs and align the sales strategy to deliver value improving customer acquisition retention and satisfaction.

Expertise in leading complex negotiations and closing large enterprise-level deals.

Familiarity with developing and refining sales processes.

Excellent Danish and English language skills.

Previous experience leading sales teams preferably within transport and logistics-related fields and/or in the SaaS business is an advantage.
