Job Summary

Your responsibilities
- You support the HR Business Partnering team in the day-to-day administration of all matters related to the employee lifecycle
- You will be responsible for writing and publishing job advertisements in French and English for various positions
- You support the HR Business Partnering team throughout the employee lifecycle: recruitment onboarding employee development case management (absence conflict warning) and departure
- You lead recruitment cycles for young talent positions (kick-off job postings screening interviews and offers)
- You prepare impactful presentations communications and reports on HR-related topics to support decision-making and internal communication
- Depending on your qualifications and interests you will contribute to diverse and exciting cross-functional projects within a young dynamic and humorous team.
Your Profile
- You are a student or recent graduate with a degree in business economics psychology marketing or equivalent
- You have a very good command of French and English. German is a plus
- You are enthusiastic about working in human resources and are available for a period of 12 months
- You have excellent writing skills are familiar with the MS Office suite and adapt easily to different IT systems
- You stand out for your independence your ability to work as part of a team your communication skills and your addition you have a positive and creative mindset.
