What Youll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI models to enhance the functionalities of our AI-driven translation services.
- Collaborate with AI scientists engineers architects and product teams to deliver new and improve existing features.
- Drive innovation by assessing new technology tools and infrastructure to evolve our highly used cloud-based functionalities and services.
- Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset to ensure security compliance and the efficient deployment of ML algorithms and applications.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance to the team.
What You Bring
- A bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Computational Linguistics Statistics or a related field with a focus on Natural Language Processing. Additional linguistic studies and/or language skills are beneficial.
- Extensive experience in AI models development and optimization (training fine-tuning domain adaptation; proficient in experiment tracking hyperparameters optimization). Familiarity with Machine Translation concepts is highly beneficial.
- Advanced programming skills in Python.
- Proficiency in essential NLP libraries and tools such as PyTorch TensorFlow NumPy pandas or Scikit-learn for data manipulation and processing.
- Experience with AI offerings on hyperscalers like Azure AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects with a focus on innovation and technological excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly acquire a thorough understanding of new technological areas.
- Full professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
