About The Role
The Customer Service Coordinator forms an integral part of our business working alongside a small team to answer a high volume of queries from our clients and internal branches. This role offers variety with your day-to-day scope of works; ensuring you engage with stakeholders directly over the phone whilst you administer notes and schedule jobs. The role supports our Branch Managers Team Leader Clients and Construction Supervisors to ensure that our trucks arrive on site on time and ready with the right products to install our height safety systems to ensure all trades are kept safe on-site!
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to phone calls and email enquiries from clients.
- Ability to troubleshoot problem-solve and resolve concerns or issues.
- Admin responsibilities of entering bookings
- Support with scheduling jobs between trucks to service various building sites for our branches
- Liaising closely with your Branch Manager and assisting with smooth operations throughout the day.
About You
Your ability to build excellent working relationships particularly with our clients and Branch Managers will also be essential as will your ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service. Your excellent communication skills both written and verbal will be critical to the success of this role. A background in a contact centre environment or customer service will be advantageous in setting you up for success in this role.
Other skills include:
- Have strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- A sound foundation of administrative skills
- Problem solver with the ability to think outside the box finding innovative solutions to challenges.
- Have attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
