Job Description
Transform Lives as an Assessment Therapist - Hybrid or In-Person!
Ready to make a real impact Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is looking for a Full-Time Assessment Therapist to join our team of dedicated this role youll provide residential treatment services to adults with substance use disorders guiding them on the path to recovery and lasting change.
$3000 Sign-On BONUS!
($1500 upon 90 days of employment / $1500 after 180 days of employment)

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Conduct assessment and treatment services according to Southwestern policies.
- Perform diagnostic assessment evaluations and emergency/crisis intervention.
- Provide daily group psychotherapy.
- Maintain appropriate records of services to reflect progress and document treatment plans and goals.
- Maintain documentation and submit reports according to established time frames.
- Coordinate patient care with other members of the treatment team.
- Maintain contact with referral sources and other providers as necessary.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
- Provide individual marital and family therapy.
- Provide family education as needed.
Job Qualifications
WHATS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
- Applicants must have an LSW LCSW LMFT or LMHC.
- Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks fingerprinting CPS check sex offender registry check and drug screen.
