Fusion HCR is hiring! QA Analyst Web and Mobile Products. This is a long-term contract position in Las Vegas NV. Candidate must be open to working a hybrid schedule 3 days in the office 2 days from home.

Position Overview:
As a QA Analyst specializing in digital products you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. Reporting to the QA Manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive testing strategies and drive continuous improvement in our software development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web mobile and integrated applications including but not limited to Opera IGT Room Booking and Credit Card systems.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to verify functionality performance and security requirements.
- Identify document and track defects using bug tracking tools and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and enhancements across multiple applications.
- Collaborate with product owners developers and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on testing digital products web and mobile applications.
- Experience testing integrated applications within the gaming and hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies including manual testing test case management and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and mobile platforms (iOS Android).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote and onsite environment.
- Experience reviewing code and performing code analysis is a plus but not required.
