Job Summary

Role: Business Analyst (order to cash AR Aerospace)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within the aerospace industry.
Lead and mentor a team of 35 members ensuring high performance and professional development.
Drive end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes ensuring efficiency accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance operations and IT to streamline workflows.
Implement and optimize ERP systems (SAP Oracle) for finance and AR processes.
Develop data insights and dashboards using tools like Spotfire and Tableau for reporting and decision-making.
Ensure adherence to financial policies compliance standards and internal controls.
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in finance operations to enhance productivity.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on team performance KPIs and financial health.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Finance/Accounting degree or relevant experience; MBA in Finance preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry specifically in AR management.
Proven team leadership experience (35 years).
Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
Proficient in reporting and visualization tools like Spotfire and Tableau.
Strong IT skills: Microsoft Word Excel and general business software proficiency.
Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
