Job Summary

Job Title: SSIS / SSRS Developer ETL

Experience Required: 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages for ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.
Create and optimize SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
Work with Data Warehousing concepts implementing ETL strategies and best practices.
Analyze design and enhance data warehouse processes to ensure data accuracy and performance.
Perform SQL query optimization and database performance tuning to improve system efficiency.
Review debug and enhance existing SSIS ETL packages to ensure data integrity and scalability.
Develop T-SQL scripts stored procedures functions and packages to support data management tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective BI and reporting solutions.
Ensure data consistency accuracy and adherence to data management best practices.
Provide production support for ETL jobs and reports ensuring minimal downtime.
Participate in code reviews documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server SSIS and SSRS.
Strong understanding of ETL concepts data warehousing and data modeling.
Excellent proficiency in T-SQL stored procedures functions and SQL performance tuning.
Ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot existing ETL packages.
Knowledge of data management and BI best practices.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field preferred.
