PACCAR Leasing a PACCAR division was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. PacLease provides customers with value-added transportation services and premium-quality Kenworth Peterbilt and DAF vehicles. It is one of the fastest growing and most innovative global leasing networks in the industry.
Requisition Summary
PACCAR is searching for a talented individual to join our PacLease Contract Administrator team for the summer of 2026! The selected individual will work with our team in Bellevue WA performing a variety of functions for Contract Admin including processing financial contracts ordering trucks managing vehicle titles and completing an intern project. The internship includes unique learning opportunities:
- Learn valuable business skills first-hand from the Contract Administration team
- Develop mentoring relationships with experienced professionals
- Work directly with Senior Managers and Directors
- Special events and networking opportunities with other PACCAR Interns
The internship is scheduled to begin in May or June 2026.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
This dynamic role is part of our Contract Administration Team. Job functions will be assigned with a focus on Lease and Loan funding truck order processing title management and an AI related project based on current business needs.
- Assist with lease and loan processing and complete Titles Orders and Funding tasks.
- Generate distribute and/or process contract documents vehicle Certificate of Origin documents and title certificates.
- Work to complete contract extensions and refinance requests.
- Analyze data and complete audits to update systems and coordinate with franchises to obtain any missing information.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for Contract Administration functions in Salesforce and PacLease systems.
- Complete an intern project for PacLease with focus on AI concepts that will be implemented within the Contract Administration department.
- Analyze and research customer questions and issues.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Skills / Competencies
The skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and be a self-starter
- Analytical thinking problem solving skills and detail oriented
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and data analysis
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and CoPilot or UI Path Automation
- Strong professionalism
Education
Undergraduate degree in progress.
