Job Summary
Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Flagstaff Arizona 86004 (State License Required)
Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay Rate:$70 - $75 per hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologistfor an exciting job in Flagstaff Arizona.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
Deliver evidence-based therapy aligned with physician directives and care plans.
Conduct and interpret diagnostic assessments for speech language and hearing.
Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress goals.
Document all therapy sessions accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain active licensure.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Active Arizona SLP license (required).

Excellent communication interpersonal and patient engagement skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment.
