The Role

Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing recruitment processes managing systems and data and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Process Management
- Design and implement scalable recruitment workflows to boost efficiency and consistency.
- Standardize hiring practices across departments and regions for compliance and fairness.
- Continuously refine recruiting processes to align with business goals and market trends.
Technology & Tools Oversight
- Manage platforms like ATS CRM tools and scheduling software.
- Ensure smooth integration across HR systems (ATS HRIS onboarding).
- Evaluate and onboard new recruitment technologies to enhance team productivity.
- Support recruiting efforts: open requisitions draft job postings screen candidates coordinate interviews.
- Oversee new hire onboarding: background checks equipment orders paperwork collection E-Verify and data entry.
- Prepare reports on hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-fill source of hire).
- Manage the employee referral program and bonus tracking.
- Maintain talent acquisition records and employee data.
Data & Analytics
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights to HR leadership and hiring managers.
- Ensure data accuracy across all systems.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors (job boards background checks RPOs).
- Collaborate with HR finance and legal teams to ensure policy alignment.
Team Support & Enablement
- Onboard and train recruiters on tools and best practices.
- Serve as the go-to for operational issues within the TA team.
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective change management.
Compliance & Candidate Experience
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and data privacy laws.
- Enhance the candidate journey to deliver positive and professional experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations or recruitment with a strong interest and aptitude for the TA operational components especially the onboarding experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite; UltiPro/UKG experience is a plus
- Advanced knowledge with professional social networks especially LinkedIn
- Strong attention to detail solution-oriented mindset and a go-getter personality
