What youll accomplish with us

As a Senior Accountant youll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS.

• Assist in the preparation of external reporting deliverables including audited financial statements and regulatory filings.

• Perform intercompany eliminations and ensure proper reconciliation of intercompany balances.

• Support the monthly close process including journal entries account reconciliations and variance analysis.

• Collaborate with business units and regional finance teams to gather financial data and ensure consistency in reporting.

• Maintain and enhance consolidation systems and tools (e.g. OneStream Hyperion SAP BPC).

• Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards.

• Support internal and external audit requests and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Demonstrates strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS

• 35 years of relevant experience in financial reporting consolidation or public accounting

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.

• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g. SAP Oracle OneStream Hyperion) as well as advanced Excel skills;

What would be considered an asset but not required:

• Experience in a multi-national corporation or shared services environment.

• Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools
