Position Overview

We are seeking driven coachable Sales Representatives who want to establish a long-term career in remote sales. Youll receive structured training mentorship and access to warm leadsall while working remotely and setting your own schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations to understand client needs

  • Recommend appropriate protection plans

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Participate in professional development and team training

  • Manage your pipeline using company tools and systems

Qualifications

  • U.S. residency required

  • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Sales service or leadership experience is helpful but not required
