JOB DESCRIPTION:
To ensure that products services or processes meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the quality assurance team
Develop and implement quality control procedures
Conduct internal audits and inspections
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Train staff on quality standards and procedures
Analyze quality data and identify trends
Collaborate with training and operations teams
Investigate and resolve quality issues
Maintain documentation and records related to quality
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Work Schedule: 10PM to 7AM Manila Time
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in a medical device company environment.
Proven experience in a quality assurance role.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Must possess comprehensive written and verbal communication interpersonal presentation analytical project management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle a large volume of projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced changing environment
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
Expert English in both verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Ability to travel approximately 5% including internationally
Bachelors degree in quality management engineering or any related field
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) HIPAA CAPA etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality software tools
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
