Multi Trade Operative – Carpentry or Wet Trade bias

The vacancy

Were looking for a Multi Trade Operativewho wants to make a difference and help deliver our purpose for warm safe and affordable homes for our tenants.

Youll become a valued member of therepairs and maintenance team providing a first-class property service delivery to our tenants.

You can expect the following:

• Uniform and power tools to get the job done
• Monthly pay
• 26days holiday per year rising to a maximum of 30 days for each year of service completed (plusbank holidays)

What youll have

• A proven track record of working in Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry
• A relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance and repairs
• A proven ability to diagnose/problem solve undertake and complete work to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
• A thorough understanding and commitment to health and safety
• A strong work ethic knows what good looks like and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision
• Is a people person with excellent customer service skills
• A valid UK driving licence
