Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Client Insights & Analytics / IB Business Support Corporate Banking and Capital Markets area by ensuring seamless data integration across multiple sources into Salesforce driving it towards becoming the banks single source of truth.

Applies knowledge of data management analytics and business processes to consolidate and harmonize information from diverse systems ensuring data quality consistency and governance.

Supports the availability and continuous improvement of integrated datasets and Dashboards enabling stakeholders to access accurate timely and actionable information for strategic initiatives.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify and implement data integration solutions that consolidate information from multiple internal and external sources into Salesforce driving it towards becoming the banks single source of truth.
  • Leverage internal and external data sources to ensure accurate and timely integration that supports business decision-making.
  • Identify and implement new use cases that utilize integrated data to generate business value and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain updated and governed databases by implementing automated data integration processes; for manual processes contribute to solutions that enable automation and scalability.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity monitoring for discrepancies in data and client hierarchies across systems and implementing corrective measures when needed
  • Actively perform effective and efficient operations within assigned areas while ensuring the adequacy compliance and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at reducing operational risk regulatory non-compliance risk money laundering and terrorist financing risk and conduct risk. This includes responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework International Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Manual and Business Conduct

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or economics
  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering
  • 2-3 years of Experience
  • Advanced Excel SQL skills and familiarity with data integration processes
  • Knowledge of banking business
  • Experience with Python and/or R
  • Desirable knowledge of Machine Learning
