Job Summary
P2C3TSTSThe Architect (Customer Facing) is responsible for designing and implementing customer-facing solutions for the organization. This role will be responsible for understanding customer needs developing solutions and ensuring that the solutions meet the customers requirements. The Architect will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop effective solutions. This is a hybrid position requiring both in-office and remote SkillsService dev foundation.
