Fusion HCR Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure)
Location: Hybrid in Las Vegas NV (3 days onsite REQUIRED)

Position Overview
Our Fusion HCR client is seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience delivering large-scale infrastructure networking systems or security projects. This role will partner closely with IT engineering teams across multiple domains to drive complex initiatives to completion on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate has a background in IT (networking systems cloud or security) experience working in gaming or hospitality and a proven track record managing multi-team multi-site or global projects. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional communication structured planning and strong financial and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure-focused projects (network upgrades data center cloud systems implementations security enhancements hardware/software rollouts etc.)
Drive project schedules resource plans RAID logs burn downs and executive reporting.
Partner closely with engineering security network systems and application teams to ensure successful deployments.
Manage project budgets forecasts actuals tracking financial burn downs and vendor SOW oversight.
Identify technical risks dependencies cross-functional impacts and mitigation strategies.
Facilitate strong communication between technical teams leadership and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory or casino-related standards when applicable.
Lead cross-functional global or multi-site teams as needed.
Support process improvements documentation and standardized PM practices.

Required Experience

5 years in IT (systems infrastructure network security cloud or related).
5 years managing large-scale technical or infrastructure projects.
Strong experience with project financials: budgeting forecasting burn downs and vendor/SOW oversight.
Experience working with or managing engineering teams (networking systems cloud or security).
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a complex enterprise environment.
Excellent communication executive reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in gaming casinos or hospitality environments.
Global project leadership experience (multi-site multi-region).
Familiarity with regulatory environments (PCI SOX gaming compliance).
Certifications such as PMP CSM ITIL or technical certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong relationship builder with technical teams.
Proactive risk-aware and solution-oriented.
Comfortable presenting updates to executives and senior leadership.
