Program Management - Director Level

Years of Experience:15 - 20 years (including over 10 years in consulting)

Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the PMO function for the Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud transformation program. This includes defining the governance model setting up steering committees and managing the cadence of status and decision-making reports.
- Accountable for the end-to-end success and solution architecture of Oracle transformation programs and for the PMO function that supports them.
- Define strategy establish and scale PMO frameworks and govern large multi-workstream engagements.
- Engage with senior clients to ensure the Oracle program delivers measurable business value.
- Lead senior teams of project/program managers drive thought leadership and contribute to the growth and positioning of the Oracle practice.
