You will step into a small powerful team offour seasoned senior developers all with 10 years of experience. Your contributions will directly influence our operations across Norway and the other Nordic countries. This role is highly collaborative placing you withincross-functional teamsworking closely with both enterprise and data engineers to architect and build better high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Architect and Develop:Design develop and maintainhigh-quality performant software solutionsusing C# and the technologies.
• Cloud Leadership:Utilize and optimize a wide range ofMicrosoft Azure services(including Azure Functions App Services Azure SQL DB and Azure Data Factory) to build scalable resilient cloud-native applications.
• Performance & Security:Implement best practices for software development focusing on optimizingapplication performance scalability and securityby applying modern Azure architecture patterns.
• Collaboration:Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and define robust technical specifications.
• Quality & Standards:Champion software quality through rigorouscode reviews comprehensive unit testing and meticulous documentation.
• Mentorship & Guidance:Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing support andarchitectural guidancewithin the broader developer community.
• Future Focus:Stay ahead of the curve on emerging Azure technologies and industry trends continuously driving improvement in our development processes and tech stack.
• Agile Contribution:Actively participate in allAgile ceremonies contributing strategically to planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
