Your main responsibilities:
- Assure on time material availability for production with the lowest cost and the right supply chain setup
- Maintain a level of inventory that supports production and following group targets
- Minimize extra shipping costs associated with imports
- Administration of supplier orders and manage supplier order confirmation
- Supplier performance review and management
- Participation in development projects
- Direct participation in daily operational meetings and very close collaboration with Customer key account management
- Support supplier audits
Your background:
- Associates degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and administrative systems.
- 23 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain.
- Ability to lead small-scale projects and influence stakeholders.
- Experience supporting business initiatives and driving process improvements.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Customer oriented attitude and proactive mindset.
- Team player and good at networking.
