The role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiativesacross the this roleyoullkeep projects on track byensuringrobust governance proactive risk management and strong stakeholder alignmentas projects progress through our stage gate in a fast-pacedand dynamicenvironmentyoullhelp turn ideas into realitysupporting innovation and strengthening our global operations along the way.

In this role youll get to:

Lead cross-functional projectsfrom initiation to completion through our stage gate process

Work collaboratively across functions to ensure all actions are completed on time and dependencies are managed effectively

Balance multiple priorities across Global Supply Chain and Innovation projects making effective decisions to keep timelines and deliverables on track

Provide visibility reporting and governance to our Senior Leadership Team

Proactively manage risks and find innovative solutions to issues tomaintaindelivery dates

Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and collaboration

Keep our project management software up to date withaccurateproject data and milestones

What we are looking for in you:

3-5 years Project Management experience within FMCG environments

Solid understanding of Operations and Supply Chain functions

Experience working on New Product Development projects is beneficial

A confident communicatorwho is comfortable engaging with all levels of the business

Calm under pressure and able to navigate ambiguity with clarity

Assertive and people orientated with strong interpersonal skills

Aproactivemindset with the ability to work autonomously to drive projects forward independently

Project Managementqualification preferred(APMP or equivalent)

Experienceusingproject management software is a plus(WrikeAsanaMS Projectetc.)
