Job Summary

Job Description

Join a nationally recognized Magnet-designated hospital in beautiful Southern New Hampshire as a Registered Nurse on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit. This fast-paced 31-bed unit provides high-quality care to a diverse patient population including those recovering from cardiac events catheterization procedures strokes pulmonary embolisms diabetic crises and renal disorders.

In this role youll deliver exceptional evidence-based care in collaboration with a skilled multidisciplinary team helping patients achieve safe and successful recoveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct compassionate nursing care to cardiovascular and telemetry patients.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments interpret clinical data and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Accurately document all aspects of patient care and progress toward goals.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans discharge instructions and ongoing health management.

Qualifications

  • An ADN or BSN is required.
  • Active RN license
  • Prior cardiac or telemetry experience required.

Position Details

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Schedule: Full-time 36 hours/week 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
