Role Purpose

As aStrategic Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and deepening relationships with key strategic accounts. Youll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities introducing innovative solutions and ensuring exceptional client satisfactionall while contributing to LRQAs global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth:Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts (0.53M) with a focus on retention upselling and new logo acquisition.

  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

  • Sales Leadership:Lead account planning pipeline development and bid strategy to secure high-value contracts and renewals.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with global account managers marketing service delivery and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

  • Market Insight:Stay ahead of industry trends and client needs to position LRQA as a forward-thinking value-driven partner.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven Sales Success:Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets and growing large accounts.

  • Strategic Thinking:Experience in developing and executing account plans that drive double-digit growth.

  • Client-Centric Approach:Skilled in identifying client challenges and delivering insight-led solutions.

  • Communication Excellence:Fluent in English and at least one other regional business language; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Tech-Savvy:Proficient in Salesforce MS Office and business software tools.

  • Bonus Points:Experience in the assurance sector and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
