Responsibilities

• Responsible for leasingand marketingactivities of our properties
• Manage key tenants relationship for the property portfolio
• Conduct market research data analysis and reports compilation
• Review and maintain the tenants database
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning tenants fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
• Coordinate with Finance department on budgeting rental forecast and credit control matters
• Coordinate with Service Delivery team to ensure provision of high standard of tenancy service

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of leasing experience preferably gained from developers
• Strong market sense with analytical thinking
• Good leadership interpersonal and communicationskills
• Proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and in Putonghua is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
