Your Mission at Xtreme Aviation
As the Night Station Supervisor youll lead our nighttime maintenance operations under 14 CFR Part 145 ensuring every aircraft is safe compliant and ready for takeoff by morning. Youll coordinate schedules guide your team and keep our night shift running smoothly and efficiently.

What Youll Do
Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities during the night shift.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA-approved data and regulations.
Supervise inspect and approve work for return to service.
Train support and motivate your team to perform at their best.
Monitor facility conditions tooling and equipment to keep everything safe and organized.
Manage staffing and operational needs to meet customer schedules and budgets.
Verify that all documentation is complete accurate and compliant.
Communicate with customers and management to ensure smooth operations.
Keep the night shift running like a well-oiled machine!
What You Bring
FAA Certification under 14 CFR Part 65
Strong knowledge of 14 CFR Part 43 & 145 regulations
Ability to read write and communicate clearly in English
Familiarity with Repair Station Manuals (RSM QCM Training and Forms Manuals)
Experience inspecting and maintaining aircraft or components
Enrollment in a Repair Station Drug & Alcohol Program
