We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Siebel Developer to support and enhance the Compass platform. This role involves working across multiple integrated systems resolving user and system issues and leading deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Siebel development integration troubleshooting and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Management:
Handle ServiceNow tickets including incidents service requests catalog requests and enhancements.
Provide timely resolution and updates to stakeholders.
Integration Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle Fusion ADMIN Salesforce and other platforms.
Functional Troubleshooting:
Address issues related to approvals (DOA) booking and reporting.
Modify and update contracts and reports as needed.
Product Configuration:
Update profile codes and manage product/service configurations.
User Support & Testing:
Provide end-user support across environments.
Conduct testing and validation of changes and enhancements.
Release Management:
Lead and coordinate production deployments and new releases.
Ticket Management:
Manage a high volume of tickets with 5060% falling under the above categories.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
7 years of experience in Siebel development and enterprise application support.
Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and integration frameworks.
Experience with ServiceNow Oracle Fusion Salesforce and related technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting communication and organizational skills.
Must be a US citizen located in the United States
Preferred Skills:
Experience with contract and product configuration in Siebel.
Familiarity with deployment processes and release coordination.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $110000 - 135000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills andabilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.)
