- Perform roof inspections and assessments for residential and commercial properties.
- Identify damage related to weather events aging or other causes.
- Prepare inspection reports and collaborate with estimating and production teams.
- Assist in roof sales consultations helping clients understand their repair or replacement options.
- Oversee roof repair or replacement projects to ensure quality safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and Servpro management when applicable.
- Maintain Servpros high standards of professionalism and customer service throughout each project.
- 35 years of experience in roofing exteriors or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of roof systems materials and installation best practices.
- Ability to perform roof assessments safely and accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Competitive base pay plus commission for inspection and sales performance.
- Stable weekday schedule: MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM (no weekends or after-hours).
